At Drip After Hours, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and delivery services, all sales are subject to the following refund and return policy.
Orders & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before the order has been prepared, dispatched, or assigned to a delivery driver.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be eligible for a refund.
Returns
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on any bottles, beverages, mixers, chasers, edible products, or consumable items once they have been delivered.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and packaging. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Drip After Hours is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access locations, or inaccurate contact information.
Age Verification
All customers must meet the legal age requirements in their province. Orders may be refused or canceled if valid government-issued identification cannot be provided upon request. Refund eligibility for refused deliveries will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
